Long time no write

Not that I don't want to update, it's my Arbeit doesn't allow me to =(
So sad. Ich arbeite stark!For the sake of Geld, I'll 忍!!!

California Fitness SCAM
A few weeks ago, me and my colleagues were SUPER CHEATED by the "famous" California Fitness!
Some guy who claimed to be selling a promo California fitness membership card for 1 mth came to my office, trying to sell the promo cards to us.
Realizing one of the terms and conditions state that this card is ONLY for 1st time customer, my colleague told that guy we actually went for a free trial before and could not be considered as a 1st time customer. We also said that we were disappointed by the service. That guy (trying very hard to sell his damn cards) said we should give California another chance!
So, four of us 笨笨 believed what he claimed and bought the cards @ $20 each!!!

We chose a 良辰吉日, 兴致勃勃 want to go for a great workout. When we stepped into the club, showed our IC, the counter guy whisper whisper somthing to another guy, then asked "Are you all members already?"
We replied no, but did went for a trial before, so he led us to the waiting area and got another guy, A, to give us forms to fill up.
"A" told us "Sorry ladies, actually this card is only for 1st time customer. All of you had went for the free trial and one of you had been a member of our club, so we can't let you in."
WTF!We spent a f**king $20 YOU TELL ME I CAN'T GO IN!!!
We told him what happened and that guy who sold the card to us even confirmed with us that we can give it another try.
But "A" got the cheek to say "You should have called up the club and ask."

ASK WHAT ASK??YOUR PROMOTER REPRESENTING CALIFORNIA FITNESS IS IN FRONT OF US SELLING THAT GOD DAMN CARD WE STILL CALL AND ASK FOR WHAT!!
IF WE CAN'T TRUST THE PROMOTER THEN WHAT'S THE USE OF HIRING PPLE TO GO DOOR TO DOOR TO SELL THAT SILLY CARD!!!

We 火冒三丈, but still trying hard not to #$%^&* to "A". Again, we explained to him nicely that it was his promoter who claimed we could come using this card, but he still say NO.
We demanded to see his manager but his manager is too busy serving another potential 菜头 that we had to wait for 1 hour to see her!!!

After which, she only spent 10min to brush us off.

ROOOAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

She said we are welcome to complain to CASE and that this thing is her marketing side problem. She promised she'll check if she can refund us or do something to solve this and will call us the next day.

But she did not!!!!

Her name is ASLINA ABDULLAH (Asst. Members Service Manager).

AARRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
